Refund policy

You are purchasing an Original Artwork. Refunds are not allowed. Great care is taken to insure every piece crafted is defect free and heirloom quality. If you have any concerns about an item you receive please contact me immediately. If an item does need to be returned or exchanged the purchaser is required to pay shipping and proper packaging with insurance coverage for the return of the purchased item. If an item is received damaged, immediately take photos of the box and the damaged product. All items are shipped with insurance coverage and all claims should be made with the assigned carrier.
